Your Role in Driving our Digital Future
As a Social Media Manager, you will lead the strategic development, planning, and execution of our social media campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to create content that resonates with our audience and enhances brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and objectives.
- Manage and grow our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that drives engagement and fosters community.
- Analyze performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns to ensure continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to improve outreach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media and digital marketing, actively researching competitors and industry practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives and drive brand consistency across all communications.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Create crisis management strategies to address potential social media issues and protect brand reputation.
- Train and guide team members and interns in best practices for social media engagement.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Creativity and innovative thinking to develop engaging content.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
